[Linux-cluster] Post-Join Delay?

Hi,

this is from my cluster.conf:

	<fence_daemon post_fail_delay="420" post_join_delay="600"/>
It works well for me. The problem with the defaults is that an upcoming
node is fenced before it is completely up
