Service Telemetry Framework (STF) provides automated collection of measurements and data from remote clients – Red Hat OpenStack Platform or third-party nodes – and transmission of that information to a centralized, receiving Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) deployment for storage, retrieval, and monitoring.
