Trevor Chandler

Trevor has been a UNIX/Linux System Administrator, trainer, and educator since 1990.  He began his UNIX journey on an AT&T 3B15 mini computer.  Some years later, Trevor fell in love with Sun Microsystems Solaris product. His first UNIX/Linux certifications were from SUN: SUN Certified Systems Administrator and SUN Certified Network Administrator.  In fact, the last systems that he served in the capacity of System Administrator ran SUN's SunOS operating system.  Other UNIX systems that Trevor has administered were IBM's AIX and HP's HP-UX.  He jumped on the Linux bandwagon in the early 2000s, and hasn't looked back.  Trevor's Linux distro of choice:  Red Hat. "I have my own little Smithsonian." He so affectionately says.
