Nair Hernández is an HR Business Analyst and the Co-Chair of Unidos, Red Hat's Latinx and Hispanic Community. She has been with Red Hat for over two and a half years.
Nair has over ten years of experience in the Human Resources field in various industries. One of the things that she is truly passionate about is providing opportunities for people of different backgrounds and that is what motivated her to work closely with D+I at Red Hat and get involved not only with the establishment of Unidos but with other communities.
After leaving her native Puerto Rico, she lived in India and the United States. Nair lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, their four children and dog. When Nair is not working she likes to read, listen to music and spend time with her family.
