Red Hat & IDC Keynote - Operationalising AIOps: Building a Future-Proof Foundation with Multimode Automation

10:35 AM - 11:20 AM AEDT

Agentic AI is driving a profound, structural shift in IT operations, moving beyond simple intelligence to effectively collapse the control plane. After years of tool sprawl, we are finally seeing a unification of management layers across cloud and on-prem environments through AI-driven, policy-based automation. IDC research highlights this shift, with 69% of early adopters expecting intelligent infrastructure to reduce tool complexity.

This joint keynote by IDC and Red Hat will move beyond the hype to show how multi-mode automation operationalises AIOps. Learn to match task-based, event-driven, and agentic automation to specific challenges, transitioning your teams from manual remediation to governed, strategic orchestration. We will explore:

  • The true place of Agentic AI in IT operations—when it is, the right solution
  • The critical success factors for adopting Agentic AI, with a focus on governance and compliance
  • How mastering multi-mode automation empowers you to reliably act on observability, solve novel problems, and build the foundation for 2026–2030 infrastructure strategies

Join us to understand how to orchestrate these advanced capabilities for maximum business impact and clearly measure the ROI of your automation journey.
