Matt Lyteson

Matt Lyteson is the vice president for CIO Hybrid Cloud platforms for the IBM CIO organization supporting IBMs internal business operations. He has over 25 years of C-suite leadership, management, and IT experience overseeing digital transformation and technology operations for several multinational organizations, including IBM and Red Hat, and with HP Enterprise Services and EDS in client-facing roles.

In his current role, he leads the transformation of the CIO organization to hybrid cloud, starting with the core infrastructure and platform while driving application adoption and enabling modernization. All this while continuing to perform global datacenter consolidation, increase operational excellence in core IT practices, and reinvent how we do IT.

As an IT transformation expert, he is a seasoned business and technology executive empowering business with technology. His expertise is in helping companies and organizations strategically architect and deploy applications and platforms to the hybrid cloud that empowers business and deliver competitive advantage.
