Gary Katz

Gary Katz is a principal cyber and software chief architect at IBM specializing in designing and implementing new technologies, capabilities, and processes to drive a cyber organization forward. He combines a deep background in software development with a strong knowledge of cyber-intelligence analysis, digital forensics, and malware analysis. 

Katz brings over 15 years of experience supporting the US government, with over nine years focused on cybersecurity. He has designed and implemented full cybersecurity technology portfolios. He has provided customers technology roadmaps, business plan analysis, and other similar artifacts. He has built and led highly capable development teams. He works across the spectrum of cyber users, tool creators and business leaders to raise an organization’s capabilities.
