As Head of Ways of Working, Janetta Ekholm has an extensive background in software development with a strong focus on teamwork and co-creation. A fifteen-year veteran of Agile practices, Janetta is focused on helping organizations, teams, and individuals at all levels of maturity develop their ability to create successful services and business. During COVID-19, she has led many remote co-creation sessions for leaders and teams looking to find better ways to work together.

She is driven by her huge interest in humanity: how we can work together in a way that balances the need for efficient outcomes with personal development. In her free time, she’s a laid-back bio-hacker, sleep quality enthusiast, wearable-powered meditator, and a student of how individuals and groups can develop their thinking power
