Amy Glass joined Red Hat in 2017 as UX lead for the Application Services portfolio. Glass has over 30 years of experience creating designs, leading and participating in discovery workshops, conducting user research with interviews and usability studies, and leading teams to produce software and services that meet and exceed users' needs. As a UXD manager, she oversees the delivery of highly satisfying experiences for Red Hat's hosted Cloud & Data Services.
