Marjet Andriesse is a seasoned leader, with over 25 years of vast international experience in driving customer satisfaction, sales, and revenue growth. She has been instrumental in successful transition and organizational management for technology and professional services firms across Europe and Asia.

As general manager and vice president of Red Hat in Asia Pacific, Marjet is responsible for the next phase of the company’s growth in the region, as well as leading initiatives to enable customer success with open hybrid cloud technology. Marjet also manages engagement with enterprise customers and emerging technologies sales and support capabilities.

Throughout her career, Marjet has been a passionate advocate for workplace diversity and has been acknowledged for her forward thinking leadership. This includes her role as Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) council for Red Hat APAC and has been recognized as one of the Techleaders for the inaugural SG100 Women in Tech in 2020.

Prem Pavan is a seasoned business leader in the technology industry, having led and grown businesses across Asian markets for over 23 years. At Red Hat, Prem is responsible for the overall business management of Southeast Asia and Korea region.

He was previously Vice President at LivePerson (a Customer Experience AI Company), responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, growth and operations across Asia. Prem was also a VP & MD at Citrix, delivering profitable growth, productivity, market expansion and customer, partner & employee satisfaction. He also held previous roles as Head of business at Kofax and Software AG with a focus on Asia and Southeast Asia, respectively.

Prem is especially passionate about evangelizing new trends in Human Centric AI, Future of Work, Digital Transformation and Leadership. He is a frequently invited speaker for a variety of industry and technology forums.

Adhunik Chug is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of industry experience. He currently serves as a Managing Director at United Overseas Bank (UOB), Group Infrastructure and Platform Services, where he has led the teams building bank's platform and cloud capabilities. Adhunik has previously worked for some of the leading technology and financial services firms, managing diverse portfolios across Product Engineering and Enterprise Technology including Software development, Infrastructure Platforms, large-scale online services as well as cloud services.

Stephen is a dynamic IT leader with 15 years of experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, service management, and operations. Currently, he serves as the Department Head for the Cloud & Platform Engineering department at PSA Corporation Limited, a globally renowned port operator and a trusted partner in the supply chain for cargo stakeholders worldwide. In this pivotal role, Stephen is responsible for driving PSA's digital transformation by enabling the adoption of essential IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and tools to modernize business and IT operations, increase agility, enhance user experiences, and catalyze innovation, all while automating key processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Prior to his current role, Stephen was the CIO for the Consumer Finance Division of EVN Finance, a Vietnam-based company providing diverse financial services. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore, and an MBA from NUS Business School, where he was honored with the Ernst and Young Prize. Stephen is not only dedicated to technology in his professional capacity but also contributes to the tech community by serving as an Exco member of the SCS Blockchain committee, where he organizes events and promotes awareness of blockchain technology in Singapore.

Ahilan is a Go-to-Market Specialist for Application Platforms in APAC, with more than 23 years of global work experience in middleware and cloud-native technologies across Europe, the U.S., and APAC. In his current role, Ahilan supports Sales and Architecture teams to deliver Red Hat open hybrid cloud solutions for our customers.
 

Ben Lin is a Solution Architect from Red Hat with a dedicated focus on helping enterprises innovate and drive business differentiation by leveraging on open source application development technologies. Having delved in the field of data analytics and AI/ML previously, Ben carries an intrinsic passion in marrying software powered by the relentless drive of open source with the modern day drivers of business growth like data analytics and application development. Erik Orrgarde is a Sr GTM Specialist for Containers/Serverless in ASEAN, based in Singapore. Erik is responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy for the container and serverless services working with customers, partners and AWS teams in the region. Erik has spent 6 years with AWS working with customers across EMEA and APJ.

Guna has been in the IT software industry for over 25 years in various leadership roles. Currently, he is the general manager for Singapore at Red Hat, where he leads sales and business development activities in the country.

Over the years, Guna has been extensively involved in the implementation of complex solutions such as hybrid multi-cloud platforms, customer experience and supply chain across the world in various industries ranging from financial services, government, manufacturing and retail.

Prior to joining Red Hat, Guna was the General Manager for Cloud & Cognitive Solutions at IBM Singapore. He also held leadership positions at JDA Software and Oracle.

Juanda is a Senior Solution Architect at Red Hat. He has worked with many medium and large enterprises in the region in their digital transformation as well as in modernising their IT systems.

Kah Hoe is a seasoned Specialist Solution Architect with 19 years of experience in the IT Industry. Based in Singapore, he is a Linux Foundation Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Red Hat Certified Architect and holds AWS and Azure Certificates. His expertise lies in Application Development, Kubernetes / Container adoption, and Cloud Native Application Modernisation, empowering organizations to leverage Red Hat's open-source technologies effectively.

Teck Meng has had 25 years of IT experience, including the evolution of the Worldwide Web from its infancy in the 90s to the world of Web 2.0 and finally to the Cloud Computing today. He spent the last 5 years in AWS, Pivotal/VMware and Portworx/Pure Storage focusing on cloud technologies such as Cloud Native Application Development and Kubernetes. He is also a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). He is currently responsible for helping enterprises to build agile cloud native solutions that are cloud agnostic.

Manu is part of the APAC Cloud Services Black Belt team at Red Hat and he is a subject matter expert on Red Hat's managed cloud services offerings.
Manu has worked extensively on solution design and architecture on hybrid & Public Cloud, and he has helped multiple customers modernize and migrate their workloads on public cloud.

Nicu Sasaran is senior director for partner ecosystems, ASEAN and Korea, at Red Hat. In this role Nicu is responsible for managing channel business and teams for two of Red Hat’s key regional emerging markets.
Nicu brings over 17 years of experience leading global service providers and technology companies across Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific, with the last 15 years in partner-facing roles.

Ong Juin Hau is a Solutions Architect at Red Hat with over 12 years of ICT experience based in Singapore. With his expertise in IT automation, IT networking and Public Cloud solutions, he work with various enterprise customers and partners in Singapore to help adopt cloud native technology in their environment, supporting them in their digital transformation journey.
 

Prabhu is a Senior Solutions Architect at Red Hat Singapore covering strategic FSI customers to adopt RedHat Technologies in their transformational journey toward a multi-cloud strategy.

Prabhu has extensively worked on designing, architecture, and implementing IT Infrastructure for the major enterprise application in Hybrid Cloud.

Prempal Singh is the Specialist Solutions Architect at Red Hat. He works with various enterprises and commercial customers adopting cloud native platform technology to support their digital transformation initiative. Prior to Red Hat, he has been working with different technologies including cloud, security, observability and DevSecOps.

Richard Jeremiah is the General Manager for Data Centre Solutions for South Asia. He is responsible for the overall Infrastructure Solution Group Business for South Asia. Prior to that he was the Country Manager and Managing Director of PT Dell Indonesia. He was responsible for the overall Country Business Strategy and leading the overall Dell EMC business in Indonesia and attaining the Growth commitment of the organization. Richard Jeremiah has a proven ability to drive productive outcomes within diverse teams, drive profitable growth; identify, engage and build effective internal and external partnerships and business relationships that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. He is also passionate about developing women in IT and was part of Dell’s WITEM program which has won several EOWA awards for the advancement of women in executive positions across the IT industry.

Sachin Nagpal is currently Solution Sales leader for Microsoft’s Azure Global Black Belt team focuses on driving Linux migration in the Asia Pacific. His charter is to drive end-to-end migration solutions for customers who want to move resources to Azure, developing migration roadmaps, architectures, and best practices for different scenarios, such as lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-hosting, and modernization. In addition, Sachin is also leading initiatives and developing Azure based solutions by working very closely with key partners and global ISVs.

Sean is the Sales Director of Equinix in Southeast Asia. He is responsible for Equinix’s sales execution and enterprise business go-to-market strategy. His focus is on realizing value for our customers through their relationships with Equinix and ensuring they can leverage the power of Platform Equinix to deliver innovations and building ecosystems for businesses to interconnect.

Sean joined Equinix in 2015 with more than 25 years of experience in sales including building high-performing teams focusing on industry verticals in the region. Prior to joining Equinix, he worked with various cross-functional teams including field sales and technical sales specialists at major telecommunications and managed services providers to enable customers’ digital transformation journeys.

Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies and Statistics, graduate diplomas in System Analyst, Marketing and professional certificate on ‘Strategic Thinking & Digital Foresight’ from National University of Singapore that focuses on reinventing strategy processes in response to digital disruptions.

Siva Krishna Bayya is a highly experienced IT professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry. He is currently leading the Innovations Team at CTC Global, where he and his team works with customers from various industries to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency by adopting Automation. Siva believes in the power of automation and has seen firsthand how Ansible can revolutionize the way infrastructures are managed.

Sumeet is a Senior Technical Account Manager with extensive experience in supporting the FSI Sector in the streams of DevOps and Apps design and development. His primary focus is helping customers successfully adopt Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

Murali specializes in modernizing enterprises through the adoption of Cloud Native Platforms. With a focus on supporting applications with modern microservices architectures, legacy applications, and AI & ML applications, Murali brings deep expertise in driving digital transformation for organizations. Currently leading the Cloud Native practice, he empowers customers to build flexible platforms supporting modern workloads across edge, datacentre, and cloud providers. Leveraging a pay-as-you-go model, he enables organizations to adopt scalable and cost-effective solutions.
As the former Director of Technology at Capgemini, he spearheaded projects in GCC, Smart Cities, and Telco Modernization. With key positions at IBM and Honeywell, he played a vital role in developing innovative aerospace products. His contributions were recognized through prestigious accolades in worldwide innovation contests across Honeywell and IBM.

Vajira is the Vice President of Red Hat APAC Office of Technology, overseeing the driving of the Technical Sales strategy for Red Hat Portfolio across the APAC region. Vajira brings over 30 years of industry experience having worked across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Vinoth is an accomplished IT and Telecom industry professional with over 19 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. He possesses a broad range of expertise in automation, ranging from simple IT automation to advanced technologies like AIOPs. He is a passionate problem solver who leverages technology to tackle complex day-to-day challenges.

Meet Winson Sou, a Solutions Architect at Nutanix with over ten years of experience. He excels in infrastructure, automation, cloud native technologies, and is now delving into Artificial Intelligence. On weekends, Winson enjoys coding and indulging in his love for beer.

Keng Hua is a Senior Solution Architect in Red Hat, focusing on solutions for hybrid-cloud infrastructures, application platforms and enterprise automation. Keng Hua has broad technical and implementation experiences in enterprise software implementations and platform migrations, from legacy systems to cloud-native container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.
