As per usual, we've been publishing a ton of great video content on our YouTube Channel, and streaming daily on Twitch.tv. The schedule for shows can be found on the OpenShift.tv page, and you're always welcome to stop in and ask questions during a stream! Here's what we did this past week:
Cloud Native Pipelines on OpenShift with Tekton
Marc Boorshtein, CTO of Tremolo Security stops into the OpenShift Commons to discuss what it takes to build and deploy software at scale using OpenShift Pipelines and Tekton. This covers most of what's needed to get you started with Tekton CD.
The Serverless Framework meets Knative with OpenShift Serverless
Join Austen Collins, founder of Serverless.com and Roland Huß to learn about how to use the Serverless Framework and Knative to build portable serverless applications with a great developer experience. You will learn about Serverless components, OpenShift Serverless, the future of hybrid serverless and much more.
Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management Presents…
Multi-cluster management is hard. Technology, teams and culture clash in a race to deliver clusters and applications in a secure and compliant way. Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (RHACM) provides the capabilities to address common challenges that administrators and site reliability engineers face as they work across a range of public and private cloud environments. Clusters and applications are all visible and managed from a single console—with security policy built in.
Deploying Virtual Machines in Containers with OpenShift Virtualization
We're not just making videos from our desks here at Red Hat. We've got a few shorter, punchier videos up our sleeves, and some of them may be just what you need to get your initiatives going around the virtual office. Check out this short explanation of how VMs can fit into containers!
That goes hand-in-hand with this video, explaining just why VMs aren't necessarily the way to go forward on new projects, especially if you've got the ability to manage VMs in the same environment and with the same tools that you use to manage your open hybrid clouds and Kubernetes clusters.
