オープンソース・ソリューションのプロバイダーとして世界をリードするRed Hat, Inc.は本日、Red Hat Ansible Automationが、Forrester ResearchによるForrester Wave™のインフラストラクチャ自動化プラットフォームに関する評価（2019年第3四半期）において「リーダー」に選出されたことを発表しました。
Red Hatは、3つのカテゴリー（現行の提供ソリューション、戦略、市場におけるプレゼンス）に区分された31項目の基準に基づき、Forrester Waveの評価を受けました。この評価において、Red Hatは、計画的な機能拡張、ビジョン、コンサルティング、トレーニングとサポート、コミュニティの支援、市場アプローチの各基準で、可能な最高のスコアを獲得しました。
Forresterの評価によると、Red Hat Ansible Automationは、オーケストレーションや他のタイプの自動化との統合性に優れています。また、Forresterは、「顧客によると、各社は今回のForrester Waveで取り上げられた他のツールの代わりにAnsibleを導入しており、運用と開発を橋渡しするこのソリューションの機能を称賛している」と指摘しています。
